Things keep plugging along! We had two potential nontraditional wedding photography client meetings last night, and both are offbeat weddings that I’m very excited about. Fingers crossed :)
In the meantime, I was also able to put a hurtin’ on two albums, one for Jessica & Frances’ same-sex wedding and one for Sarah & Mike’s alternative rustic wedding. Jessica/Frances’ album is a long time coming (their wedding was last April!) and Sarah/Mike’s is the first one to be ordered as a KiSS album. Here are some of my favorite spreads, however simple, of the last few albums we’ve done (click on the image to be taken to a larger version):
All very different weddings, all very different albums. Remember, your wedding photographer is the one who designs your albums, so they’ll reflect your style and the personality of your wedding! The first three images are from our lowest-cost coffeetable hardcover albums, which means that we used templates, but the last is made by hand in Photoshop (which we do for all deluxe coffeetable albums and KiSS albums). Those are my favorite to do - it really opens up the possibilities for illustrating what your wedding day was like!
